*ऑस्ट्रेलिया मौसम विभाग ने ७०% एल नीनो की संभावना जताई*

*मुंबई (एग्री वर्ल्ड)* - ऑस्ट्रेलिया मौसम विभाग ने इस वर्ष 70% एल नीनो का प्रभाव होने की संभावना जताई। ज्ञात हो की एल नीनो की स्थिति में भारत और एशियाई देशों में मानसून कमजोर होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया मौसम विभाग ने पहले इसी माह एल नीनो का प्रभाव 50% होने की संभावना है।

यदि ऑस्ट्रेलिया मौसम विभाग की भविष्यवाणी सही रही तो देश में मानसून कमजोर रह सकता है जिसके कारण खरीफ की फसल प्रभावित हो सकती है।

*Australia puts chance of El Niño in 2019 at 70 percent*

*MUMBAI (*AGRI WORLD)* - A recent warming of the Pacific Ocean has led to a 70 percent chance of an El Niño weather event developing this year, Australia’s Bureau of Meteorology said on Tuesday.

An El Niño weather event can trigger both floods and drought in different parts of the world, and is associated with warmer, dry weather across the Asia Pacific.

Australia’s weather bureau earlier this month pegged the chance of an El Niño developing at 50 percent.
